  • If you are writing because you are unable to view Gurmukhi text, please click here for instructions regarding downloading and installing fonts.

  • Erratic behaviour of Gurmukhi text display has been observed with Internet Explorer 5.x & 6.x. If that is the case, we suggest that you change your browser.

  • Suggestions for Mac Users:  Download and install fonts into your system and change the browser prferences to turn off dynamic fonts.
  • To improve the appearance of the text, do the following for MS Windows:
    • Click on the monitor screen with the right mouse button.
    • From the menu that becomes available, select "Properties".
    • Now click on the "Effects"
    • Put a check for "Smooth edges of screen fonts".
    • Click on "OK" button to complete your choice.
